The Simple Dental plans provide coverage without worrying about a network. You can see any dentist you like, and benefits are paid based on a schedule.

If you waive dental coverage, and wish to elect it in the future, for example, as a result of a Qualifying Life Event or at Open Enrollment, your benefits will be reduced. Below are the benefits for Late Entrants.

Many dentists file claims with Simple for your convenience. Many providers are familiar with Simple Dental Plans. We encourage all employees to obtain regular oral exams and cleanings for several reasons. Poor oral health can lead to conditions such as heart attacks and strokes. Preventive dental visits can help identify conditions like oral cancer, which is treatable when detected early.
As a Simple Dental Plan member, you’ll receive access to a member portal. The dental plans are administered by 90 Degree Benefits. This means that 90 Degree Benefits manages the plan eligibility and claims. You can review your annual benefits, claims information, plan documents, and covered dependents on the portal, and a convenient mobile app is also available. You can access the member portal here.
